This stunning redevelopment in Old Street has been designed to highlight the intelligent and sophisticated Architectural details created by Adam Richard Architects. The scheme aimed to create a space which would eventually be aesthetically pleasing and functional for the owners. The property consists of 175sqm open plan layout containing the master bedroom, living room and the kitchen with high ceiling roof structure. The lighting was crucial to separate three different volumes. Beautiful joists on the exposed roof structure were lit by customised equipment with high CRI and also attachments that prevent glare. The art lighting was one of the key elements of the overall scheme illuminating the original paintings, sculptures, and rare items.
