Historic buildings require a subtly different approach. Lightplan has gained valuable experience from working with curators and government officials on many important, listed buildings. Not only is the scale of such buildings different, but lighting systems need to flatter the architectural elements, facades and grand, often high-ceilinged interiors.

Controlled as well as themed lighting is important in such buildings and over the years Lightplan has developed a variety of successful interpretations.
